The Rare Cancer Genetics Registry (RCGR) is managed by a Governing Committee that is responsible for decisions regarding scientific direction, and project administration. This committee is comprised of RCGR Principal Investigator,
Dianne M. Finkelstein, PhD, four investigators from RCGR recruiting centers, and two adjunct (non-RCGR) scientists. These committee members will:
- Decide on the rare cancers on which the Registry will focus and what data and biospecimens to collect
- Conduct research studies utilizing the RCGR.
- Review research proposals that would utilize the RCGR participants or infrastructure to assess feasibility and interest
